Cultivating the Resilience

Today´s approach will have a more humanistic point of view and will meet primary and existential needs.

Men, women and children are complex beings in their plenitude and values. They need constant guidance because they easily deviate from the most direct path to their personal and social fulfillment. They often let themselves be influenced by more faded, discolored moods, which have no shape or texture. The influences of the outside world over the inner world are quite overwhelming and eventually blur people´s vision and direction.

Men hurt other men, they judge, condemn, demean, marginalize, having in mind their race, creed, social status, poverty or richness, and by doing this they cause suffering and imprison. This permeates those "victims" of existence misfortunes.

There is still much to learn; always learning. One can believe that the true unfortunates of spirit are those self-appointed "judges" of the values ​​they ignore. However, this reference is not meant to be a consolation for the helpless, who are persecuted by calculating minds, with a good dose of insanity and lack of compassion.

The transitional path of life provides the teaching that aims to strengthen the spirit, with repercussions on the physical, emotional and mental system. If Man wants, he will acquire through this teaching the strength to endure conflicts and minimize the damages and the suffering.

However, cultivating the resilience against the difficulties is another way of force to prevent the "aggressor" to have a greater impact over the "victim". This "aggressor” must be understood as the man himself, the family, the social and work environment and everything that it entails, a self created situation or an event caused by others, a disease ... endless situations that occur over the existential journey.

By cultivating resilience and putting it in practice - bearing in mind that nothing comes to stay, that the transformation for the better or worse only depends on us and everything is cyclical - little by little the black screen gains color and light to the extent that eventually the ability to be resilient becomes part of human condition. From the moment this happens, everything gains another shape and what seemed unsustainable just ceases to be.

Thus, if each one of us does his/her part of the task, the causes of the suffering of the human heart, mind, body, spirit will become so subtle that eventually they will fade away. There is always a starting point for a journey that promises to be long, but that it is not impossible given the innate ability of each human being to persevere.

The Existential Purpose

As a starting point of today´s work and having realized that there is some jolt regarding the path people can, should and want to follow, there will be an approach on the value of existence.

Current times are troubled indeed. However, this is something that has been expected and discussed. Only the people who haven´t been tuned in didn´t prepare themselves for change. Nonetheless there is still time, although time is running short.

People´s minds are plagued with so many worries, fears and insecurities and it seems that all these worries and fears come as a whole and all at the same time. This is what happens in human vision. This same vision lacks clarity and translucency in purpose and regarding the certainties and understandings. For the sake of its own comfort humanity urgently needs to start building around itself and around each person privately and individually an "aura" of belief that comes after acceptance. Only by doing this Man will grow, evolve and clear out the fog in which he has been caught.

As a continuation of the previous two chapters, it is clear that everything has a meaning and a reason. It would be very reassuring if there weren´t so many questions and these could be replaced by the internal force of action that everyone holds.

The present message is: BELIEVE WITH THE HEART. When everyone does their part, the turbulent waters they are sailing on will find tranquility. The task can only be achieved by work. Doubts, fears and uncertainties that fill the human hearts need to be relieved. So, we all must gather forces to create a dynamic entrepreneurial juncture of the spirit that will give guidance and relief to the sufferers´ hearts.

A "good" swimmer can easily get to the shore; an "average" swimmer, despite all the difficulties and after some effort, also gets to the shore; a "bad" swimmer quits right at the beginning, he doesn´t try and even if he tries he might end up drowning.

This is a metaphor that suggests that those who BELIEVE and rely on its safe strength, overcome all obstacles without great difficulty; those who believe in a paler way, but still believe, will certainly find more difficulties and will also be able to overcome them; those who don´t believe... they are instantly tracing their fate.

With the help and intervention of the "good swimmers", fueling the strength of the "average swimmer” and boldly working with the "bad swimmer” the path will be built hand in hand.

There is no intention to promote an easy task, as it was not easy getting to the point where humanity finds itself at the moment, but we must persevere... always believing!

This is the exercise for the day, which is intended to be done regularly. This exercise is also a cherished APPEAL, for the sake of humanity that is formed by each human being on this planet.

The Meaning of Existence

Making a small step back to the previous chapter and in a very brief and simplified summary - the veil of the potential of the inner world was slightly uncovered and this analysis is to be repeated by eligible ones.

The controversial emotional state to which people constantly goes to in this era, trampling emotion over emotion and making use of some carelessness, will certainly generate what is called the “disease of the physical body." How many diseases are highlighted in the current world? How much inability human suffers as a result of these illnesses? Sure, the human condition is subject to physical changes. The human body is the most visible point of these changes. With a kind of magic even a small body deformation can be disguised and an impaired appearance can be transformed into something that looks healthier. We call this phenomenon the "attention focused on the physical, visible, tangible."

However, one has to praise what human being has of most valuable, the pearl of his existence: his essence, the divine aspect that marks the presence of everyone in this earthly sphere. A small note: these words come from someone that has the knowledge of the facts, who really lived and saw in a priceless way the physical consciousness. In that life experience, the tremendous force of dismay has never been fed, and the existence reflected itself through action.

It was discussed earlier in this letter that knowledge is to be disclosed and shared. This is the purpose of this writing. The best teacher you can have is yourself, and you are given the opportunity to study the lessons that the school of life lovingly, generously and freely offers you, giving you a few transposable obstacles, a few solvable disappointments, a few unpleasant but assimilable experiences. There will be a myriad of lessons that will allow you to draw inferences, conclusions, learn, and - why not – gain knowledge. What is noticeable is that instead of accepting what is coming from life events, human being tends to regret, rebel, become bitter and quit.

The invitation today is: analyze your life moments, whether they are good or not, those ones that brought you physical happiness or despair. Think. “What should I learn from this experience? What is the lesson to be learnt? What is this trying to tell me?” Once again when you enter your inner world you will find the answers you need. You can analyze something about yourself, whether is about your posture or communication, interaction, your path, your own intention or purpose towards yourself, the world, life or others, this should be object of deep introspection and transformation towards that point considered by many as "the light at the end of the tunnel."

The Universality of Man

This is the first day of a new journey, from the other side of life, where knowledge is acquired by continuous learning and, like every knowledge, this is not to be stored in a pandora box that hides the key so no one can access the constructive knowledge, and regardless its aspect, it is to be broadcasted, published, taught. Only then man evolves.

What is human journey but an attempt of unchanged evolution? Such is the purpose of existence. The aim of this writing, which aims to be simple and humble, is to help human beings in their condition to find those answers that, as I always say, are already inside them.

The spirit in human form holds everything that the physical “being” needs in order not to simply pass through life. I invite everyone to deeply seek inside their being, allowing to know themselves, assuming their so-called virtues and self labeled faults, taking the responsibility for what they are and what they do, without self imposed judgments and  self-criticism, but just silently observing their inner world. When you get a glimpse here and there of a speck, no matter how small it is and even if you don´t like what you see, then the essence of hope begins to bloom - You are knowing yourself.

Inner World

To the one that enables the exteriorization (of this message) and to the team that allows the manifestation of my heart´s ideal. I welcome a new era of communication with all the internet surfers.

Together we are many. There is no time for inertia and rambling thoughts that don´t lead anywhere.

The intelligent clarity is the path to the desired success that is inherent to human condition which is still roaming the world of materiality. Men, women and children that are part of mankind always need to bear in their hearts that higher values​​ rise, specially the spiritual ones that give meaning to life.

The first aid that each human being should be responsible for is that one directed to his or her inner self, which is the place where we will find the answers to many cries, changes, transformation and sense of self. In this inner world we find the lightness of being. This is the world of the worlds that form the existence. Should you desire this and everything will be easier.
